I did a search with this phrasal verb in Oxford or Macmillan dictionaries through the Onelook.com and it have few meanings… by the way, have much meanings!
One of meanings is “be connected by phone”… by the way (again… lol), I received some files from you as gift for I stay until the final of webnary that you made with Ulisses from Tecla Sap called “Telephone Talk” and you mentioned this phasal verb there.
