Hello Tim, Just one daubt, The phrase that you mention like: She said to me that she was not going to class. Could we use the verb to be, something like: She said to me she wouldn’t go to class. or it doen’t make sense?

  Yes, you can say that, too. Let me just add that it would be even more common to say: “She told me she…” (Check out the next episode!)

  Your sentences are great, Gil! Congratulations. In the last one is correct, too, but it might be even more common to say “I told my friend…” (Check out the next episode.) But it isn’t wrong. Great job!!

Is it correct to say “say you say me”?

  The singer is just asking the person to pronounce the words “you” and “me”. Diga “você”, Diga “eu”.
