Hey Tim. Is it correct to say… I’m coming to your house and will TAKE you some wine? Sometimes I get confused with BRING and TAKE. Do you have any podcast showing the difference between these 2 words?
By the way… I’m your fan, I listen to your podcasts everyday on Spotify and WEB while I’m driving to work. I’ve registered my email to be notified when your course is available.
Olá, Luciana. Que legal! Obrigado por nos acompanhar. Quanto à sua pergunta, “bring” corresponde a “come”, e “take” a “go”. Então, neste caso, você diria: “I’m going to bring you some wine.”
I’m coming to your house to celebrate your birthday.
Great! Bring the cake! 😀
Hi Tim; How’s it going?
Essa lição foi muito interessante; não compreendia quando usar o “going” e “coming”. Fiquei na dúvida se usa “coming” só nesse caso de ir para a casa de alguém ou existe outras hipóteses usando o “coming” ?
Thanks a lot!
