Tim, I’m with a doubt now, I did read a online post a verb that coming with ING after AND but AND is a conjunction and not preposition so the verb after preposition and conjunction comes with ING?

Hi, Rafael. When a verb starts a sentences or comes after a conjunction (like “and”), we usually use the verb as a gerund, too. Example:
Speaking English is fun.
It’s not easy, but teaching English is rewarding.
