Muito bom! Feliz Natal e Ano Novo pra vocês! Só faltou a tradução/equivalência de “good grief” (Minha Nossa!) 😉
True, Thiago! Thanks for providing the translation. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you, too!
Tim, é possivel aplicar essa variação(“lets/gets me off the hook”) na fala do Linus quando ele menciona a seguinte expressão off the old hook?
Obrigado pela excelente dica.
Sim, ele está se referindo a esta expressão. Geralmente você diz que uma situação “gets/lets you off the hook”. Porém, aqui o Linus está simplesmente dizendo que ele já está “off the hook”.
