    Hi Tim. How are you? Just a quick question, maybe I missed it. Why should We say the word “DOWN”at the beginning of the sentence? (DOWN 28-03 ) Should I just use this word when it refers to a comeback ? Thanks in advance!

      Hello, Anderson! In this case, “down by” simply means “losing by”.
