Could I speak “we’re going to casa do açai next week come rain or shine” …instead… ” we’ll go to casa do açai next week come rain or shine.” If are both right, when do we use one or other??

Tim. Aqui pelas bandas norte no estado do Pará. A gente não fala comer um açaí e sim tomar um açaí. Questões regionais.
