Muitos brasileiros – inclusive brasileiros com nível avançado de inglês – esquecem-se de usar este “it” depois dos verbos!
Estamos aprendendo as 100 palavras mais usadas na lingua inglesa. De acordo com o livro The Reading Teachers Book of Lists, Third Edition as primeiras 25 palavras dessa lista representam aproximadamente um terço de todo o material escrito em inglês, e as cem que estamos aprendendo representam aproximadamente metade. Vamos aprender todas e estaremos bem encaminhados no domínio da língua inglesa.

Olá, Filipe! Boa pergunta. Tente “sentir” quando geralmente usamos o “that” para se referir a algo que foi dito anteriormente, e use-o naturalmente. Exemplos:
– I’m going to start studying English!
– That’s great! [que ótimo!]
– I’m not feeling well.
– That’s too bad. [que pena]
– My name is Sarah.
– Is that S-A-R-A-H? [seria S-A-R-A-H?]
– Yes, that’s right.
