Hi Tim long time no talk! This expression reminds me the end of that old movie named GREASE with John Travolta and Olivia Nilton John, when they both sing this song ” You are the one that I want” . ….” You better SHAPE UP, cause I need a man, and my heart is set on you, You better SHAPE UP, You better understand, to my heart I must be true…” haha it’s good song, it is such a great expression.
