Hi, Tim! I think the best translation in Portuguese for “keep up with e-mails”, as you said, is “responder os e-mails”. There’s another similar usage in English like “to keep up with the payments” which we should not translate as “acompanhar os pagamentos”, but “pagar em dia” or “manter os pagamentos em dia”.
